Order & shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–6 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please email us at support@arliacosmetics.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to update your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Please email us at support@arliacosmetics.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges on cosmetic products. Please ensure you review product descriptions and swatches carefully before purchasing.

Our glosses are designed to give a hydrating shine for several hours. For best results, reapply after eating or drinking.
