Our Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or swatched. This is to protect the health and safety of our customers.
We want you to absolutely love your Arlia Cosmetics purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@arliacosmetics.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong shade/product. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If your order qualifies for a return, you may repurchase your desired product once your refund has been processed.
Final Sale Items
Any products marked as Final Sale, Limited Edition, or Promotional/Gift With Purchase cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
