Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days — $9.95 AUD (free for orders over $75).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $14.95 AUD.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on country, but generally take 7–14 business days.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note: customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by your country.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak periods (new launches, holidays, or promotions), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number once dispatched.
You can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@arliacosmetics.com.
Pre-Orders & New Launches
Any items marked as pre-order will have an estimated dispatch date displayed on the product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Arlia Cosmetics is not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the courier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to change the address. Arlia Cosmetics is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
